Newer Pioneer subs have wider screw spacing at the mounting flanges than the older versions. I bought this to go on my TS-W309S4 12" sub but it didn't fit due to this. Call Pioneer before buying to determine fit.
Grill is made out of some sort of injection molded plastic and painted silver, and comes with 2" long silver screws for mounting.

i used this grill with the Pioneer TS-SW3001S2 12-Inch Shallow Subwoofer with 1500 Watts Max Power, it makes that shallow look like a muscle speaker,it adds about 2 inches to the outer of the speaker but still looks great, i got rid of the mounting screws that came with the grill and bought 3 inch instead, the screws included were a bit short.
